Deposit

A 25% deposit is required to secure your first appointment. Your deposit is applied to your session cost unless you miss your appointment without advance notice, in which case it will be forfeit.

After your first appointment, deposits are not required for future bookings unless you miss an appointment without advance notice.

If you have a Gift Card, the scheduling service may not accept it (Kevin will), so if needed, your deposit will be refunded after checking you out the day of your appointment.

Late Arrival

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate clients with appointments after yours. Depending on how late you arrive, your therapist will determine if there is enough time to start a session. Regardless of the session length provided, you will be charged for the full reserved time. Please plan to arrive on time.

Scented Products

Please avoid wearing heavy perfumes, colognes, or scented lotions to your appointment. Some clients are especially sensitive to fragrances, and strong scents can linger in the treatment room.

Minors

Massage is available for clients ages 8-17. A parent or guardian must remain in the room during sessions for clients ages 8-14, and must remain in the building for clients ages 15-17.

Service Times

Predicting the exact length of your session is not always straightforward. More issues may require additional time, while fewer issues may be addressed more quickly. Treatment times are approximate to your reserved time, give or take 5-10 minutes.

Inappropriate Behavior Policy

My Elite Massage has a zero tolerance policy regarding inappropriate behavior. Massage therapy is for relaxation and therapeutic purposes only. There is no sexual component to massage whatsoever.

Texas requires massage therapists to immediately end any session if a client initiates any verbal or physical contact that is sexual in nature. Any insinuation, joke, gesture, conversation, or request of this nature will result in immediate termination of your session and refusal of all future services. You will be charged the full service fee regardless of session length. Depending on the behavior, My Elite Massage may also file a report with local authorities.

Rest assured that your therapist will treat you with respect and dignity; please show the same consideration in return.

Cancellations and Missed Appointments

At least 12 hours advance notice is required to cancel or reschedule. You are responsible for keeping track of your appointments and canceling or rescheduling those you cannot attend.

This cannot be done by replying to notification texts, as those are sent by the booking service and do not reach My Elite Massage. To change your appointment, sign in to your account on the Booking page, locate your appointment under Upcoming Appointments, and follow the prompts. For changes within 12 hours of your appointment, email Info@MyEliteMassage.com or text (346) 409-5753.

Helpful tip: Schedule a replacement session immediately after canceling to maintain consistent care.

When you cancel or miss your appointment without 12-hour notice (24 hours is preferred), My Elite Massage is often unable to fill that time slot. You will be charged 50% of the service fee for the first missed session and 100% for each session after that. If this happens twice within one month or three times within a year, your account may be blocked from future bookings.

Exceptions

If you have a fever, known infection, or have experienced vomiting or diarrhea within 24 hours of your appointment, contact My Elite Massage to reschedule.

In cases of severe weather, I will provide advance notice if closing or canceling appointments, and ask you to do the same. Do not risk your safety to make your appointment.

Late cancellations due to emergency, illness, or severe weather are generally waived, determined case-by-case. However, if exceptional circumstances become a pattern, you may be required to prepay for future appointments.

Gratuity

Tips are very much appreciated but not expected. If you wish to tip using your card, please let Kevin know prior to checkout.

Photos and Recording

No photos, videos, or audio recording are permitted in the clinic without prior consent.

Medical Statement

Massage Therapy is not a substitute for medical examination or diagnosis. The massage therapist does not prescribe medical treatments or pharmaceuticals and does not perform spinal adjustments. If you have any serious medical diagnoses, you must provide a physician's written consent prior to services.
